Terms of Service
National Hire Procedure
- After defining the profile and characteristics of the housekeeper sought, MAIDSin shortlists candidates matching the client's requirements and provides a list of available candidates.
- Interviews between client and candidates are then scheduled for the final selection. These can be held online or in person, either at our offices or at an agreed address. At this stage, depending on the chosen interview format, the corresponding case-opening fee must be paid.
- MAIDSin does not enter into an employment contract with candidates; it acts only as an intermediary in the hire.

The fees quoted include the coordination and support of up to three interviews with candidates selected by the client, following MAIDSin's pre-selection process.
Travel
- Travel within the same district is included, with no additional charges as a rule.
- Situations outside the district or requiring additional logistics may incur extra costs, communicated to the client in advance.
Couple Process
When recruiting couples, the case-opening fee is doubled, as the hire involves two people.
Fees
- Upon confirmation of the hire, 100% of the agreed monthly remuneration between the client and the candidate is payable, plus VAT.
- For this calculation, "monthly remuneration" means all amounts paid, regardless of nature, including but not limited to base salary, meal allowance, expense allowances, transport allowances and any other benefits.
- Once payment is settled, MAIDSin provides, at no extra cost, all the documents, contract templates and procedures required to formalise the employment contract; if you wish MAIDSin to handle the paperwork, an administrative fee of €150 + VAT applies.
- MAIDSin does not refund fees.

Replacement Guarantee
- The candidate selected by MAIDSin and engaged by the client has a 90-day guarantee period.
- During this period, if either party terminates the engagement, the candidate will be replaced up to a maximum of 3 times, at no extra cost to the client. The guarantee period starts on the first placed candidate's start date.
- For temporary work or holiday cover hires, replacement is guaranteed for one candidate only.
- No replacement will be provided where the candidate's departure is caused by the client:
- - Failure to pay the agreed remuneration;
- - Inadequate accommodation, food or safety conditions;
- - Improper treatment of the candidate by the client or members of the household;
- - Breach of the candidate's legal and/or contractual rights.
